Cell sorting
BD Influx cell sorter equipped with 5 lasers (355nm, 405 nm, 457nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, 635 nm) for up to 21 fluorescent parameters. This jet-in-air system supports up to six-way sorting into a variety of tubes and plates.
BD FACSAria Fusion equipped with 4 lasers (405 nm, 488 nm, 561nm, 635 nm) for up to 14 fluorescent parameters. This system is a fixed alignment cuvette flow cell sorter that is incorporated in a biosafety cabinet and that supports a 4-way sorting into tubes and plates.
Cell analysis
CytoFLEX LX analyzer equipped with 6 lasers (375nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, 635 nm, 808 nm) for up to 21 fluorescent parameters. This system supports both tube and plate measurements.
CYTEK Aurora spectral analyzer equipped with 3 lasers (405 nm, 488 nm, 635 nm) for up to 24 fluorescent parameters. This system supports both tube and plate measurements. There is a function to measure and subtract intrinsic autofluorescence from your cells.
Small particles (Extracellular Vesicles, Nanoparticles, etc)
CytoFLEX Nano dedicated system to measure particles smaller than 1 um in size. Possibility to use a VSSC detection with reduced background level. This instrument is equipped with 4 lasers (405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm and 638 nm) providing 6 fluorescent parameters and 6 light scatter parameters (VSSC1, VSSC2, FVSC, BSSC, YSSC, RSSC). Supports tube measurements.
CytoFLEX LX analyzer can be configured with VSSC detection.
CYTEK Aurora has the ESP detector equipped for a secondary SSC detection channel with improved sensitivity. We recommend using this system with FL-based detection for reduced background level.
High-sensitivity BD Influx for the detection and sorting of extracellular vesicles and nanoparticles. This instrument is equipped with a high power 488 nm laser (200 mW) and 3 additional lasers (405 nm, 561 nm and 635 nm).

*Sorting services have to be booked in consultancy with staff members first. Semi-independent use is possible after receiving adequate training.
